The development achieved conditional site plan approval, advancing a vision that emphasized thoughtful massing, high-quality urban design, and carefully screened above-grade parking, thereby completing and elevating the surrounding entertainment district.
Despite site complexities including high groundwater conditions and soil contamination, a comprehensive Environmental Risk Assessment was undertaken, allowing the project to responsibly address environmental constraints while delivering a well-integrated, city-shaping residential development.
