Working closely with the City of Guelph, Belmont actively managed the rezoning process of this property which included Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) challenges, environmental protesters and Ministry of Natural Resources review as well as the design and engineering of servicing works.
The property along with 202 other acres comprising the northern half of the Hanlon Creek Business Park was brought on-line with integrated services and road systems. Belmont Equity Partners achieved 41 acres of developable industrial and office land. Belmont has outperformed the market in the pace of its land sales to local business.
