Many suites incorporated flexible den spaces designed to adapt to a variety of lifestyles, functioning seamlessly as home offices, workout areas, or creative spaces supporting an enhanced quality of life at a time when working from home had become increasingly common. The project was nominated for an award of distinction with Ontario Home Builders Association.
Beyond development, Belmont Equity Partners led the operational strategy and leasing program from inception, taking a hands-on approach to marketing, leasing and tenant experience. Through targeted campaigns, strategic pricing, and a strong on-site management presence, the property consistently outperformed the market, achieving top-of-market rental rates while maintaining strong absorption in a shifting rental market environment.
At 90% occupancy, BentallGreenOak (BGO) purchased the asset, reflecting strong institutional demand for this high-quality, purpose-built rental community with proven performance.
