Located in the Entertainment District of downtown Hamilton, the development is shaping a bold vision to complement and contribute toward the revitalization of this area alongside the Farmers Market and the new TD Coliseum. The project includes 308 suites with at-grade commercial space, supporting an active and animated streetscape.
The development achieved conditional site plan approval, advancing a vision that emphasized thoughtful massing, high-quality urban design, and carefully screened above-grade parking.
Despite site complexities including high groundwater conditions and soil contamination, a comprehensive Environmental Risk Assessment was undertaken, allowing the project to responsibly address environmental constraints and move forward with a well-integrated, city-shaping residential development.
