Belmont Equity Partners secured 6.3 acres of commercially zoned land from Metrus Lands and unlocked the site’s potential by successfully rezoning the property alongside Mountainview Homes to permit a full range of residential uses with uncapped density.
Belmont Equity Partners’ strategic and hands-on approach during the rezoning process resulted in a very flexible zoning that allows for townhomes and up to 10-storey residential buildings.
